WHO ARE THE LIONS?
The International Association of Lions Clubs is the world's largest service organization with more than 1,400,000 Members in 180 countries and geographical areas and has spread throughout the world.

WHO ARE THE KITTANNING LIONS?
We are an autonomous organization, but part of the Pennsylvania State Council of Lions Clubs and the International Association of Lions Clubs. The Kittanning Lions Club was established in 1947 by a group of service and community-minded men who were interested in improving the quality of life in their community and to aid and assist those less fortunate than themselves.

WHEN AND WHERE DO THE KITTANNING LIONS MEET?
The Kittanning Lions Club meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at the Kittanning Elks, 203 North Water Street, Kittanning, during the months of September through June. The summer months of July and August and usually the first meeting in September are held outdoors at the Kittanning Community Park in the Lions Pavilion. Cost for meals at the Elks is currently $8.00, although we usually have spaghetti (Thursday nights are spaghetti nights at the Elks) at every other meal at a cost of $5.00. Average cost for the summer meals vary, but are usually $6.00. The meetings begin at 6:30 p.m., promptly.
